Bend Over Back Stretch

  • Targeted Muscles:
    • Lower back
    • Calfs
    • Core
  • Additional Muscles:
    • Abs
    • Arms
    • Chest
  • Keep your feet together at all times.
  • If you can't touch your toes its alright, just dont bend your knees.
  • Stand with your feet together.
  • Raise your hands oner your head and keep them straight.
  • Slowly bend forward and touch your toes withour bending your knees. Hold for a few seconds.
  • Return back to your starting pose, and now slowly bend backwards with your arms on your hip, as far as you can.
  • Hold for a few seconds and return back to the start position.
  • Repeat again as desired.
  • Don't bend back too much incase you hurt your back.
